Politics: Osun APC denies members’ defection to ADC
The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has debunked reports that some members of the party have been defecting into the newly formed coalition of the African Democratic Party. According to the party, “Those who are spreading this fallacy are only doing so in order to sell a dummy and falsehoods to the unsuspecting members of the public as the Osun State chapter of the APC is solid, impenetrable and intact to the extent that the leading opposition party in the state has been harvesting the members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) almost on daily basis. This denial was contained in a statement issued on Thursday by the party’s Director of Media and Information, Kola Olabisi.
