Olojudo Cautions Against Unauthorised Land Purchases in Ido-Ayegunle



The palace of His Royal Highness, Oba Oluwatimileyin Oluyemi Ajayi, the Olojudo of Ido Ayegunle, wishes to inform the general public, land agents, real estate investors, developers, and all concerned parties that:

"No land should be purchased within Ido Ayegunle without the official consent and approval of His Royal Highness."

This directive is necessary to prevent land disputes, ensure community peace, and preserve the sanctity of traditional authority over land matters in the kingdom.

Areas Affected

This notice applies specifically to the following areas within Ido Ayegunle:

* Oropa
* Sugbohun
* Sanpa
* Arefa
* Odogbo
* Onireke
* Temidire
* Igbagba
* Oko-Eji

Any transaction conducted without clearance from the Olojudo’s Palace will be deemed invalid, illegal, and subject to future revocation. Individuals or groups involved in such unauthorized dealings risk legal and traditional sanctions.
