#ONDODECIDES2024: PDP CANDIDATE, AGBOOLA AJAYI CASTS VOTE

The governorship candidate for the People's Democratic Party, PDP in Ondo State Election, Agboola Ajayi, has cast his vote.
The former deputy governor voted at polling unit 004, APOI Ward 2, RCM Idumado quarters, Kiribo, Ese Odo Local government of Ondo State.
Speaking after casting his vote at his polling Unit, Ward 004 Unit 2 Idumado Quarter, Kiribo, Ese Odo Local Government area, the candidate said before his arrival to cast his vote, he received reports of technical glitch, describing it as a deliberate attempt by the Independent National electoral commission INEC to disenfranchise electorate.
Agboola called for the resignation of the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC over alleged of incompetence.
"Agboola said the system is not perfect, things are not working, I spent more than 10 minutes before I could be captured.
"It is a shame if INEC cannot successfully organize election in one state, just one state then they are not capable".
"Even me that is contesting for election can experience this up to 10 minutes before I could be allowed to cast my vote, a lot of women will decide to go back to there houses, I think is deliberate on the part of INEC, on the part of the REC".
"We have said it so many times that we don't trust the Ondo State Resident Electoral Commissioner, Barr. Oluwatoyin Babalola that this woman cannot be fair, the system is compromised, people are complaining of vote buying, malfunctioning of BVAS devices "
"In the area of security, he said the security situation is peaceful to some extent, but accused military personnel of being so closed to his polling Unit, also said they are intimidating voters with their road block very close to the polling Unit". Agboola said.
