Supreme Court reserves judgment  in the appeals filed by the Kabiru Turaki-led leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) against the March 9 judgements of the Court of Appeal.

Justice Muhammed Garba who led a five man panel of justices, noted that a date will be communicated to parties in the appeal, after parties adopted their processes filed in the appeal.

Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo, led a high-powered delegation to the Medium Security Custodial Centres in Ilesa and Ile-Ife on Tuesday, 24th June, 2025, and Wednesday, 25th June, 2025, respectively. The delegation included esteemed members of the Judiciary, Ministry of Justice, Men of the bar, Prosecutors, Legal Aid Council, National Human Rights Commission, and other stakeholders.
