BREAKING..Appeal Court Halts Execution of Federal High Court Judgment






The Court of Appeal has suspended the execution of the judgment delivered by Justice Peter Lifu deregistering the ADC and four other political parties.

In a brief ruling appellate court described the development as the highest form of judicial impertinence, stating that the trial judge brazenly disregarded the appellate court’s earlier order.

The other parties affected are Actions People's Party, APP, Action Alliance, AA, Zenith Labour Party, ZLP and Accord Party, AP. 

The order of the court subsists pending the determination of the appeal before it.
