Minimum Wage: Osun Retirees beg Adeleke to implement National Industrial Court's judgement By Opeyemi Akinyemi The Concerned forum of 2011/2012 retired public servant in osun state has implored governor Ademola Adeleke to implement the judgement of National Industrial Court Of Nigeria on 18,000 naira minimum wage delivered in October, 2017. This was disclosed at a press conference addressed by the chairman of the forum, Omoniyi Ilesanmi at the Broadcast journalists office, osogbo, Osun state capital. Addressing journalists, Ilesanmi said, the N18,000.00 minimum wage came into effect on 1st March, 2011 when they were still active in the service. He said, the administration of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola implemented the minimum wage for the officers on Grade Levels 01- 07 from 1st March, 2011 and promised to effect that of officers on GL. 8 - 17 as from 1st August, 2011, but failed to fulfill his promise on the implementation of the wage increase for the officers on GL. 8-17.
